A Message from DJ Seeger

For more than a decade, I’ve been proud to call myself a Texas Young Republican. I’ve served on the Policy Committee, attended countless conventions, and invested my time, energy, and resources into building this Federation. I know its history, I know its challenges, and I know its potential.

But let’s be honest - we’ve lost valuable time to division, distractions, and disputes. While we’ve been caught up in infighting, elections have been happening without our full strength in the fight. That ends now.

I’m running for Chair because I believe TYRF can be the premier young Republican organization in the country - if we have the courage to put our mission first. That means resolving the lawsuit, restoring our partnership with the Republican Party of Texas, uniting every chapter under the Texas YR Compact, and focusing relentlessly on winning in 2026 and beyond.

Texas is a big state - big enough for every voice, every personality, and every idea that shares our commitment to conservative values and Republican victories. Under my leadership, there will be a seat for every YR who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and get to work.
